Peter J. Fontaine, R.N. is a healthcare entrepreneur. He is the founding partner of Respiratory Solutions, Inc., a regional provider of home respiratory equipment and respiratory medications. In 2004, as vice president of sales he positioned the company for sale with revenue at 1.4 billion per year.

As a partner and vice president for marketing with Payer Relations, he was instrumental in developing 60 drug delivery sites for complex disease management throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. While working as a partner with Evocare Achievements, he successfully positioned the company for sale to American Home Patient, having achieved $14 million in sales per year within 48 months of opening the business.

Mr. Fontaine has been honored with the small business of the year award. He is active I n the nursing field, serving as the chairperson for the government affairs committee for the Rhode Island State Nurses Association, an affiliate of the American Nurses Association.

A graduate of Roger Williams College and St. Vincent Hospital of Nursing, he also has attained the National Board Certification in Intravenous Nursing. He is a licensed RN in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
